Aadil is the initiator of OmanFEAT and the lead of the trip organizing team. He is the first Omani to be admitted to Sloan Fellowship at London Business School. He obtained his undergraduate education from the University of Victoria, Canada in dual majors computer science, and Medical Informatics then worked in various consulting roles in Canada for 3 years prior to joining Tejair Dubai, and then oversaw the delivery of mega infrastructure projects in oil, gas, manufacturing & Defense sectors. Later joined the Central Bank of Oman as the head of Programme Management and Business Continuity. He considers himself as change and transformation management professional who successfully delivered change programes, of more than US$100m, within the banking sector. He established an inter-governmental consultancy for technology initiatives of national interest. He has special interests in the areas of design strategy, rapid improvements, new venture developments and corporate turnaround.

Lamya is a Visiting Scholar at Columbia University in the School of International and Public Affairs for a semester. She is based in King's College London as a PhD student studying Political Economy with a focus on 'energy security'. Lamya is also a Research Associate at the European Centre for Energy and Resource Security (EUCERS). She obtained a Master’s degree in Middle Eastern and Asian Languages and Cultures from Columbia University, New York (2008), and a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from California State University, Long Beach (2006). Lamya is currently on leave from her diplomatic position in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Oman as First Secretary, where she works closely with the Secretary General for Foreign Affairs on all aspects of diplomacy ranging from political consultations to economic and investment promotions.

Yousuf is Member Board of Trustees at MCBS, AlRafid Fund (SME Development Fund) and the Managing Director of InfoShield; an Omani company providing Information Security consultancy services and solutions. He has been an expert in the field of IT and information security for nearly 20 years. During this time he has worked for Ministry of Defense and major international companies, as well organisations and institutions in both the public and private sectors. He is well known and recognized as an expert in the field of information security for the many roles he has played in developing and shaping the information security profession in Oman. Yousuf holds a Master Degree in Information Technology form RMIT Australia and other degrees in IT and Business form the USA and UK.
